Getting a quote
Want a quote but not ready to schedule? No problem! Just fill out the form and skip clicking the “Schedule” button on the final step.
Travel surcharges
Note that travel surcharges may apply for properties located outside of Edmonton, Spruce Grove, and nearby areas.
These surcharges won’t show on the scheduler, but we’ll send you an updated invoice for review and confirmation if applicable.
Trouble advancing to the next step
All required fields must be completed, even if irrelevant to your inspection request. If stuck on a step, double-check that all the necessary fields (marked with a *) are filled out. The Postal Code (“Zip”) is the most commonly missed field.
Also, some fields may appear only after completing other fields. For example, “Square Feet” and “Year Built” are required but only show after filling out the “Address” field.

Though our online scheduler is inflexible with times, we certainly aren’t. Can’t find a suitable time? Emergency home inspection?

You’ll secure your date and time when you click “Schedule” on the final step. We’ll review and confirm your booking as soon as possible. If scheduling outside of regular office hours, you’ll receive a confirmation email during the next business day.
